WHAT IS THE HOT WATER DEMAND FOR COMMERCIAL KITCHEN SINK
WHERE CAN I LOOK UP FOR IT??????

I believe you need to know your demands. Like what's it being used for? What type of establishment, etc.?

I see commercial faucets spec'ed at ~2 gpm, so you can start with that. If you just turn on the hot water and let it run for as long as you're standing at the sink, like any woman from California does, you'll need ~120 gph of hot water.
