I'm looking for a solution to a Toto toilet problem. The darn thing keeps refilling! I have changed the Flapper and the Fill Valve.
the model is 853
I think it may be the Flush Valve but I cannot find it in any store or online.

The TOTO 853 works with the Korky 3060 flapper.
