I recently moved here from just outside the DC Beltway where I was handy with general maintenance and repair. I love having my morning coffee on the deck overlooking trees and wildlife. It's great not having a water/sewer bill until something called a pressure tank quits. I'm hoping to get help and education on maintenance /repair/expansion of my more rural infrastructure.
