Help with shower valve adjustment

Just moved into a home and the shower is room temperature. I know the shower valve has a limiter, but this valve is different than anything I've seen and I'm not sure what I need to take apart in order to adjust the hot water. Can someone tell me what kind this is and give me an idea what I need to do to increase the temp? I've looked online and nothing I'm seeing looks like this and I don't want to start taking it apart without knowing. Thanks

Temp limiter might be in the trim. Post a picture of that

I don't see anything in the trim.

I am ready to call a plumber unless someone can help. Lukewarm showers are no fun.

The adjustment is under the brass trim adapter.
