Help with shower faucet seats and springs

Hello,

This is my first time posting here and I hope you can help me with my "little" problem

I have a leaking shower faucet, and I believe that I should replace the seats and springs. The problem is that in order to remove them we have to close the water in the whole building since it seems that I cannot close the water supply of my unit only. Therefore I would like to buy the proper seats and springs before opening the faucet.
I did check it and took a couple pictures, and wonder if someone could tell me what seats and springs are used in the type of faucet I have (I am attaching the pictures).

Without seeing the cartridge it's imposable to tell.

The valve appears to be a Kohler Coralais maybe a K-15132 model

Thanks IFIXH20! it seems that my valve is the K-15132. Maybe knowing this I can get the seats and springs I need.
