Hello - I have a 90lb outdoor propane tank that I'm trying to move aprox. 10 feet from where it is now - which means that I need to extend the line.

I purchased a flex line here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09XMBQXKL?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
All the connections are seemingly impossible to turn, and the copper piping becomes twisted as I start to crank.

First image is where the copper pipe splits to feed the two appliances inside,
second image is where the copper pipe meets the tank.

I turned the gas off, and let it clear the lines.
Any suggestions on the best way to approach this? IMG-4603.jpg

Those are flare fittings. It takes two, adequately sized adjustable crescent wrenches or equal, exact size wrenches.
If you are so inexperienced as to not know basics like that, beware: Gas is extremely dangerous. You need a professional.
