HELP - Toilet making weird whistle sound

It seems to be coming from the bottom of the toilet.
Doesnt appear to be the fill valve.

Pull the tank lid. It usually comes from the flush valve, the black doohickie on the left side of the tank.

Doesn't seem to be. Jiggled while it was making the sound and no change. It sounds like its coming from lower down.

I have the same problem. I hear the whistling thoughout the house, even in the garage. Could the problem be with the water pressure regulator? Can someone confirm if replacing the fill valve will definitely fix this?

It honestly could be a thousand things. From a bad pressure regulator, a broken down washer in the valve leading to your toilet, a faulty fill valve in your toilet. Your best bet is to get someone with knowledge and have them look around your house.
