Hi, was wondering if someone could tell me what this is? Recently purchased a home and this is located near my sewer clean out pipe. The property has a lot of old unused sprinkler heads and such, so not sure if something related to that, or sewer line. Thanks!!

I think your right it may be an abandoned sprinkler head....turn the system on and watch it

It is definitely a sprinkler head. It I see supposed to be buried so I agree with the abandoned thought.
