Help identifying Lavatory faucet

So, the fire kids who are opening bunkhouses, sent me the attached photo.

The faucet is leaking. the house is circa 1968. If we had any kind of budget I’d just replace the whole unit with a new Delta. But congress didn’t give us any maintenance funds. So, I’m fixing as much as possible..


Anybody know what this is, so I can source parts?

Almost looks like a Crane, Moen and Crane used the same cartridge way back when. I dont see the "ears" of the tell tail moen though. Base is very similar.
