Hello......

I am new to this forum and I am not a plumber by any definition. That's why I'm here. I have a very simple plumbing task to do and I'm afraid to tackle it. Last time I did, I screwed it up.

I own my own home and try to do what I can when I can.....which isn't very often. I'm a 'cheapskate' and I hate to pay to have something done that I can do myself.

I am 'older' and I am female so please keep that in mind when trying to guide me along. I may ask a whole lot of stupid and very basic questions. Please bear with me.
