I would like to install a freestanding tub in my bathroom. I have attached a picture of the old tub drain location. Just below this Tee is the P-Trap. The new tub drain will need to be about 10" to the right of the old drain position. The tub I purchased has no drain hardware and no instructions. Any thoughts on how to properly install a drain/piping would be greatly appreciated.

I would get the drain hardware that you want, temporarily install it on the tub, set the tub in place in the room, then take precise measurements.

Your best bet is to cut the horizontal drain leading to the Ptrap, and move it to the new location. Depending on depth, it might be possible to offset above the Ptrap, but I wouldn't recommend that approach.
