Faucet water pressure low after changing spray nozzle

The spray nozzle was leaking so I changed it. After using the new nozzle, there was a bump sound and suddenly the water to the nozzle and the faucet stopped. After that the water pressure to the faucet was low and there was no water to the spray nozzle. Every time I turn on the faucet, it works normally until about halfway and then there is the bump sound and then the water pressure becomes low again. Any suggestions to the reason behind this?
