The pump seems to be very erratic and sporadic with its drain cycles. Some drains seem to be adequate in time and sound. Others are shorter in duration and when they stop, have a loud “slam”. More recently, the float switch will trigger to drain, and it immediately shuts off… This may happen several times to more than a dozen times in a row. It always ends up draining but seems to have a mind of its own. The float is free moving and does not have debris on top of it. Any ideas? Thank you.
