Dripping valve - identify cartridge

Hi - I’m needing to find a replacement cartridge for the one in the picture. It appears to be a Chicago faucet cartridge. If so, will the Quaturn be interchangeable?

There are washers specifically for Chicago valves like you have.

Chicago now makes washerless stems that replace that older stem but breplum mentioned there are specific beveled washers for that stem,if you take that stem to any plumbing supply house they will match it I would get both hot/and cold just to have them
