Double Fixture Alternative?

Hello all,

I have two sinks back to back through a standard 3.5" studded wall. I am having trouble locating the proper fitting, a double fixture tee.
Can I opt to stack two sanitary tees like the picture? My gut says no, but then again I don't understand why not.

Well..I just ordered a double fixture so nevermind.

We always called them shotgun tee's.
