Distance required for placing drain field in proximity to neighboring drain field

Working on a fairly unique lot with limited spacing for well and septic in addition to a preexisting neighboring drain field. Are there any distances from the neighboring septic drain field that need to be observed other than the standard property line distance of 10ft?

Here the field lines must be at least 10’ from property line and must be installed according to approved plans from the health department.
