Morning everyone

I have a well-point in my back yard and with the Cape Town drought and Day Zero approaching I am in the process of connecting my water tank to my main house supply (or that is the plan) to at least have a backup plan should the taps run dry come April.

My problem is there is ALOT of copper in my well point water. I have bought a RO-filter system / UV sterilizer which I am planning to connect to my tank.

So basically from my Well point it will go to my tank (2500lt JoJo), from there it will be pumped through the RO filter system and UV sterilizer into my house but before that can happen I need to get rid of the copper in the water.

My friend who is a plumber suggested Copper sulfate - will this solve my problem? Will copper sulfate be easy accessible etc.

Thanks everyone
