Connecting horizontal to vetical to horizontal corrwctly

Hello, I'm trying to change the existing drain (if possible see pic). I'm not sure what the correct fitting would be. The drain would go horizontal to a short vertical step down back to horizontal.

The wye fitting could pick up the sink drain on the left. As it goes left to the vertical it will pick up another toilet with a double sanitary tee.

The vent is upstream about 6 feet from where the shift is. Thanks in advance

Long sweep 90s from vertical to horizontal, or horizontal to horizontal.

Normal dwv 90s for horizontal to vertical. [Different from the real tight pressure, or vent only 90s.]

On the vertical, any offset 45 or less is still considered vertical.
