I‘m trying to help, my sister with her townhouse. Before he passed, her husband replaced al of the lavatory faucets with Moen, Adler units.
Here is where the confusion begins: If I run the faucets in the master bath until they get hot, the flow shuts off. Same units in the hall and downstairs bath run just fine, regardless of the temperature.
I looked underneath at the feed lines and everything looks normal, no thermostatic valves, or any thing else. Copper out of the wall, with the stop soldered on, appears to be a very good solder job, then a hose to the hot side of both faucets, and same for the cold.
Is there anything you can think of which would cause this behavior?
thanks, Jigs.
