clogged cast iron house trap

The old cast iron house trap is badly clogged right at the 'U'. I have attempted to unclog it with a commercial sewer machine, which I rented,but to no avail. I have tried a Toilet auger and a garden hose, but still no success. What should I do?

There should be two clean out plugs on the top of the trap. I don't see what the problem is.

Slam a pressure ball down there
