Classic Kitchen Faucet Q

This unit is about 20 years old and started having water restrictions. The plumber inspected the hosing lines, water pressure, and advised me to replace the faucet. I understand that some Fuaset companies like Delta, will honor replacement after verification of the issue.

Looking online, I didn't have any luck finding the manufacturer of this product since it's way too old. So I was wondering if you have seen or worked on this unit before.

Kind of a grainy picture but you may have better luck identifying it if you can remove the cartridge and post a picture

Remove the handle and take a good picture of what’s under the handle where it connects to the stem
