I am having difficulty getting to the guts of my shower valve. It is a citation brass c9167bn. I took all the external stuff off and I thought it would be as simple as pulling the "stem" (the piece the handle screws into), but its either not that simple or I am not manning up enough. I also started to try to unscrew the whole thing from the main valve, but got scared I would wreck it. Pics attached. Anybody worked on this before? What do I do to fix this leaky shower head?
