Cause of low water pressure on hot water faucet

low water pressure coming from both bathroom and kitchen hot water sides.

Could be a variety of things.

I would start by shutting off the supply valve, unhooking the supply line, replacing it with a piece of tubing that discharges into a bucket. If there is good pressure there, disassemble the hot cartridge on the faucet, looking for debris.
