Can You Help Me Identify This Shower Valve

This is a DornBracht setup. At first glance I thought it might be a thermostat valve in the center, but then why Hot and Cold valves on each side.
We think we are going to need a new cartridge but have no idea of the model or part number. These parts are expensive so I want to get it right first time if I can.

Anyone out there recognize this setup and can help me?

The center valve is hard to turn. I want to buy a replacement cartridge but I don't have the model number. I would like to have one on hand before I take it apart.
