The bathtub faucet in my apt is leaking. I removed the screw that on top of the knob but cannot remove the knob itself to access beneath. Does anyone know what model this is?

Thank you.

Do you have an access panel to it behind the wall? You need to get to the pipes and check where the water may be coming from. If it's not possible, you have to cut one through the wall above the bathtub faucet. It will be really challenging, because you'll destroy the tiles. However, I think that it is better to call a professional from https://goldcoastplumbingcompany.com.au/, in order to keep the damage to a minimum. I'm afraid that it is almost impossible for a regular man to do this kind of work without any further damage. Good luck!
