I recently replaced some bathroom sink piping with new 1 1/2" pvc. When the water drains you can hear a slight vacuuming of the water as it drains. This is normal, correct?
Well this depends on how the piping was installed. You could have a good draining system or if you S trapped the drain it could be siphoning the water from the trap and that would create a hazard to anyone in the property as it allows sewer gas to escape through the trap that has no water seal/
