Thanks in advance for any and all advice / recommendations.

I am currently finishing out my basement and I'm not quite sure what I need to do about my shower. My drain lines from above the house are all overhead with no drain lines in the concrete floor of my basement. My project calls for an upflush toilet with the shower and sink draining into the upflush pump. This is all good except I'm not sure how best to get the trap for the shower installed. The way I see it I can:

  1. cut out concrete
  2. or build a platform for the shower

I don't have a lot of headroom to work with but also am not sure how short I can make the trap and it still work.

Thanks

I had a similar problem putting in a basement bath because the sewer lie ran along the basement floor. Also had low clearance problem. Put in an ejector pump and tank. A lot of work digging up the floor for the lines and tank but it was the best solution for me.
FWIW
YMMV
