Hi i live in a house that was built in 1947 and the bathroom and kitchen sink drains backed up. We have tried drain openers, plunging and snaking the pipeing from the wall. When we use the kitchen sink it backs up into the bathroom sink which is on the exact opposite side of the wall. Does anyone have any advice on what i can do to fix this?

Have it professional cleaned. Don't do any acid based drain openers as they can damage piping. If it's old pipes at least.
