I have a two story duplex. When the upper unit uses the wasing machime the volume of drain water creates a back up and floods the lower unit on the floor drain. The main line was just snaked a few weeks ago. Only seems to happen with the washer draining. Any suggestions?

if main line was cleaned it is most likely clogged where washing machine line connects to main.
what happens when you use any or all fitures on the first floor?????
