Hi All,
Wondering if anyone can help with my 3105 shower valve.
I keep needing to replace the diverter cartridge every 8 to 12 months because it starts dripping.
I can't figure out why such an expensive valve needs so much maintenance compared to a 100$ kit at Home Depot. The valve is connected with 1/2 inch PEX. When I installed it (back in late 2013), I flushed all the lines to make sure no debris was in there. In case I had too much pressure I almost completely closed the check valves that are on the unit.
I have attached a photo to show the connections : 2 to shower, 1 tub, 1 hand shower, 1 capped off.
I can't figure out why this is happening so any ideas are welcomed !!
Thanks,
Dan
