So, about 2015 I installed this boiler. At that time I never put any conditioner in it.
In 2017 I did the Fernox 3 cleaner and then the Fernox F1 conditioner. I read that the Fernox F1 will last for about 5 years so it looks like a good time to repeat since I have to cut and reroute some pex in the basement ceiling from the baseboard up above anyway.
My question is:
Is it necessary to use the Fernox F3 cleaner again first? Or should I just drain and flush without it and only put the Fernox F1 conditioner in?
