And can you kindly tell me how to remove and replace one of the valves?

It’s a Moen.

You grab the handle base and turn it counterclockwise to remove the entire handle. There are no screws..

Then it takes a special cartridge nut wrench to insert and down over the stem to engage the cartridge nut and remove counterclockwise.

Once the cartridge nut is removed the stem pulls straight out with channel lock pliers
