Hello everyone! I recently purchased a food trailer and am looking to install the rinse-o-matic pictured. The u it came with a splitter and several attachments but I’m not sure how to connect it with my current set up. Will this require a new faucet set up? Could I connect it to the plumbing below? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Better check with the health dept before you install that on the faucet.

Health dept won't let you put something like that without an air gap or vacuum breaker. It will likely require a new additional faucet with backflow protection but in any case, a new faucet to connect to. Which will require hole in the stainless steel.
