Have to fill the hole first...You could try appliance touch up paint. They have a few different colors on Amazon. Try mixing to get the color you need.
Maybe I'll just use car bonds, then paint it... ha,ha

Do you mean to fill it slowly using just the paint... doing a build up, of sorts ?It doesn't look that deep. I've used it on chips in a cast iron tub.
If you try to fill it, you'll have to sand it and you may wind up with a bigger area to deal with.
Just try a drop or two and let it settle and dry.
