We have a situation where water from the septic system is coming up in the yard. After some research we've discovered that someone had installed a 6" perf pipe drain from the downspouts directly over the lateral field. During periods of high ground water or high water use this pipe picks up water from the laterals and allows it to seep out into the yard. The pipe is no longer in use as a downspout drain and has been concreted over for most of it's 30 foot length. I'm looking for a way to seal off that abandoned pipe without tearing out the concrete. Any ideas??
