2 Toilets, 1 Rusty, 1 is Not. Why?

Hello all,

I am new to this forum, and my main reason for joining is to ask for advice. I have 2 toilets in my home, but only use 1 of them the majority of the time. The one I use most gets rust in the bowl after only a few days of cleaning it. My other toilet stays clean. I don't understand what could be causing this since they both have the same water supply going to them. Can somebody tell me what may be causing this? Thanks.

The pipe leading to one of the toilets could be rusty and that could be causing the water to be rusted transferring the rust to the bowl allowing it to grow between cleanings.
