I'm not sure if these two situations are related or if it is just coincidence.
My kitchen sink sputters when you first turn it on. When you go to use the sprayer, the faucet doesn't turn off.
I have a bathtub shower combo. When trying to fill the bath, the shower head would not turn off all the way. Not just a little drip, but partial spray still happening. I have a 3 part faucet; hot, shower on/off and cold handle. When turning the shower on/off handle it seems to turn more and more ever time we use it. Also, when using the shower, the faucet doesn't turn off all the way and water comes out. It isn't just a drip either, It is like the faucet is turned on 1/8 of the way.
Any ideas? Is this an overall water issue, or could these two things be independent of one another?
