1970's Moen

Re-tiling tub surround and have a Moen 3 handle tub-shower valve (in line-approx. 8 inch offset hot -cold) Newspaper in wall dated July 1970.
Trim kit includes threaded sleeves for each valve. Like the vintage look. Want updated kit for it. Is this possible?

Tough to find just the trim. You may have to get the complete faucet.

Try your local plumbing stores (Rona, Home Depot, Noble Trade) preferably Noble Trade, or even call Moen and tell then, their "Life time warranty" is just on the cartridge but their good at supplying.
