1-1/4"NPT to 3/4" PEX

Can seem to find a 1-1/4"NPT male to 3/4" PEX adapter. Suggestions?

1.25” x 3/4” bushing then a 3/4” mip pex adapter.

You can also go with a 1" mnpt to 3/4" and use a 1-1/4" mnpt to 1" fnpt adapter.

OR 1" fnpt to 3/4" to 1" pex & 1-1/4" mnpt to 1" mnpt adapter

There are multiple ways to do it.

Oops. I think I messed up on typing. I blame cats. LOL. he can use an adapter to go from 1" female threaded to 3/4" pex after having an adapter to go from 1-1/4" male 1" male threaded reducing nipple. Double male threaded 1-1/4" would thread in to the female socket. 1" female coupling would thread on to the 1" male threaded portion. I didn't see any fittings that went from 1-1/4" to 3/4" but I saw 1-1/4" to 1" and 1" to 3/4". The big box stores like Lowes & HomeDepot don't seem to carry anything larger than 1" for pex fittings, but Amazon and other online plumbing stores have such fittings.

Look at McMaster-Carr , I found some off size parts there that no one else would carry. I think they supply every part you could think of that the big box retailers don’t carry because of low demand
