waste tube

Hi everyone, I need to know what I should do to correct this. The white pipe coming out of the wall pipe is wrong, I am pretty sure. What is the name of the part I should use to properly plumb this waste tube? Do I use a charlotte pipe/reducer? It's a 1.5 inch diameter opening on the pipe but...
