washers

My washer is making a grinding noise only during the wash cycle during agitation. The agitator dogs catch when turning by hand. Spin cycle is good, spins the clothes dry and the noise only happens during agitation. Video of noise attached for reference. What could be causing this noise?

Hi, Basement toilet was leaking between the toilet tank and toilet. I replaced the rubber washers on the two bolts between the toilet and porcelain water tank on the back of the toilet. Not sure sure how tight to make the connection between the tank/toilet. Snugged the connection then...
