fix toilet flange

So, here I am, joining yet another forum bc I'm stumped. My name is Alex, long time reader, first time poster. As a homeowner and single mother, I've learned so much online about things so far beyond my lady brain and I am so proud of myself. But I need help yet again. I'm clearly not a plumber...

I need to replace wax ring and flange on old toilet. When I took the old one off, the pipe broke on top as it is now uneven. The old flange get had 2 weird metal nail spikes securing it to the ground and of course alot of the concrete is chipped away so how does a new flange get secured...
