    Can anyone identify this faucet?

I moved into a house with this faucet, but the cap on the end is missing so the flow is way too strong. I'd rather not have to replace the whole faucet since it would mean ripping up the wall. Can anyone help me identify the faucet, so I can see if I can get a replacement part? Thank you.

Is this faucet pipe unique to vendor or just a T and pipe?

This is the pipe that connects the water to the sink faucet with the cartridge on the top. Is this just regular pipe or is it unique to the vendor? Can I piece together a new one? Looking at the top down is that the "seat"?
