Sticky Situation, need advice on how to solve problem with plumber

This is a mystery - leak or condensation?

Sounds to me that it could be coming from your exhaust fan plumbing. Condensation running back down the vent pipe into the ceiling perhaps and down the wall. maybe get into attic and make sure the vent pipe is securely attached to the fan. If it isn't vented through the roof, it could also be...

HELP - Back ups every few months

It doesn't take long for the tank to fill up, (gallons add up fast). BTW the tank is virtually full all the time, your drain field is not dissipating the water properly or possibly a broken or collapsed pipe exiting the tank to the leach field?

We have to limit our use of water during these times. You might have to go the 'mound' route with yours. Your lot looks...

    Mobile Home Laundry Room Hissing!

Memory serves me that the grey pipe was banned, discontinued quite a few years ago due to the resin reacting with chlorine and failing. I believe it was Polybutylene pipe.

    Removing a drain end cap.

I would just get rid of the whole trap and re plumb. I think they were originally installed to catch something valuable if it went down the drain. ( rings, etc.)

Built our house 7 yrs ago and had the septic system installed by a well respected plumber in our area. Our soil is mostly clay beneath the topsoil. Last spring we had a back up into the basement ( luckily unfinished ) and called the plumber who installed it . He popped the cap off one of the...
