Hey guys, my dad is in need of some help.

He's a retired carpenter who was really excited to do his own shower, but now is running into some issues after everything has been put together. When using the shower, the handle can't be turned more than a quarter turn, and as a result we never get water hotter than lukewarm. I've included pictures of what we're working with. Googling hasn't been helpful since we can't find the part numbers of anything and nothing online looks like what we have.

Is there a way to adjust this so we actually get hot water, or is the issue something else entirely?

Let me know if there's anything else I should take pictures of.

Thanks in advance!! ☺

Do you know the manufacturer? It sounds like a hot limit needs adjusted. Turn water off and try removing the threaded brass handle adapter, there may be a way to adjust the limit under it.
