Hello,

We just had a sewer line repaired today. We have a little bit of pooled water in the crawlspace because of the issue. How long will it take for the pooling to subside? It's also winter, and the ground with the added break in the line, has made the ground quite saturated.

Lol well if that isn't the best answer 🥴

I guess part 2 to the question, we have a home inspection tomorrow for a potential buyer. Does this pooling water stand an issue or no because the line was fixed today?

It’s an honest answer.
There are a lot of factors in how fast water in a crawlspace dries.

I would warn the inspector before he arrives there was a leak and it’s been repaired. He may want to wait until it dries up. Depends on how bad and how big of an area is holding water.
