Looking for a little help.

Woke up this morning to wet carpet in our closet. Next to it is the main water shutoff and pvr. Looks like pvr is leaking at the adjustment nut. Trying to figure out which part I need to order to fix this. Also, the main water shutoff seems to be next to the pvr. Can I just close that and not deal with finding the shutoff at the street?

Thanks a bunch for the help.

looks like Zurn. model number will be on one side or the other. i think NR3XL, but, if it is leaking at the top, it has failed. Easy to swap out with same model. Rebuilding is not recommended by me.
Thank you. Can I reuse the pex fittings and just screw the old prv out or do I need to cut out the pex crimps and recrimp once I’ve replaced the prv?

Those are unions. Replace with exact same model, reuse the existing unions. Find a new one on Ebay missing the unions,.
Takes 5 minutes.

There are either o ring or rubber gaskets. Hardly need to be very tight, just firm.
