Red Light on no alarm

I just had my septic tank pumped out two days ago and now the red light came on today. I reset the breakers and still on. I can feel the pumps on but the tank that holds the greywater is not running. The UV light is burned out they told me but it never caused the light to come on. Appreciate any advice. Thank you

I went out and jetted my pipes and removed the UV light because the wiring was sparking. Question. Is the light something that I can install myself? I have the light removed now and turned the system off because it is not working. Repair co is coming tomorrow.
