Could anyone help me with the best solution to fix this PVC fitting on our shower mixer? I’m guessing I messed it up when changing the mixer cartridge. There’s the tiniest slowest leak dripping out the bottom. What be the easiest solution here? Thanks in advance

Have all that cpvc replaced with copper or pex.

Those threaded cpvc fittings are no longer recommended for hot water.

I suggest replacing all of it

Would it be appropriate to use a sharkbite pex fitting directly onto the lower part of the pvc near the floor? Then pex everything up from there into the mixer? Btw thanks for all the help so far you’ve definitely helped me through this project
