With the recent lawsuits, are professional plumbers still using Pex A or have they moved to Pex B; and, what brand?
 
Avoiding the now-discontinued, colored Uponor pex may be all that is relevant as far as I know.
I thought you posted a pic of some clear uponor tyst had splits at the expansion fitting ?
 
No, never ever heard anything about the expansion rings. The split close ups were of tubing only.

No, I meant the pipe splitting where it was expanded. The clear tubing. I thought you posted a pic of it.
 
I have original PEX pipe with the seam. It will need to be completely replaced. It has leaked from the seam 5 times, both hot and cold. Can we still sue the company from the class action suit?
 
If you have Uponor pipe, you only need to contact Uponor for full claims help. No need to sue.
